Our 24-hour self-service rentals start at $199 for digital photos, sharing features, and album access. These packages exclude an attendant and printing in the base rate. They can suit a reception with a designated helper to manage the booth.

LOCAL EVENT PLANNING
Plan the booth around the moments that matter
Cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and dancing shape when guests can use the booth. Pick three, four, or five hours of attended coverage around the time your guests will be free to join in. Share the venue’s setup and removal windows separately, and confirm any breaks or additional hours with our team.

Before guests arrive
Have your coordinator approve the booth location, available power, guest queue, and vendor access. Share any required documents and the approved setup window with us.
During the reception
Choose a booth window that works around your formalities. Let your coordinator know when the booth is available so guests have time to take their photos and printed favors.
After the last dance
Confirm the venue’s removal deadline and the agreed booth end time. Full-service rentals include takedown, and your digital gallery remains available for 30 days.

Photo Party City is based at 3827 Wacker Dr., Mira Loma, CA 91752. We serve event locations within a 45-mile radius, subject to the exact event address. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific.
Self-service: arrange pickup and return, or request delivery, setup, and collection for an additional charge. These services are not part of the base self-service rate.
Full service: delivery, setup, and takedown are listed in the packages. Your proposal confirms the arrangements and any applicable travel or venue-related charges.
