Base self-service rates exclude an attendant, printing, a physical backdrop, delivery, setup, and collection. Printer rental is $65; one media kit for 100 4×6 prints is $65. A custom-designed template or physical backdrop is $25 each.

Full-service rentals start at $695 for three hours and include an attendant, unlimited prints during booked booth time, personalized photo design, backdrop, props, delivery, setup, takedown, and digital copies in a 30-day gallery.

Choose the camera and display you need
Starter Package uses the Helio Sport iPad photo booth. Showbiz Package upgrades to the Lumia M Pro hybrid iPad and DSLR system. Hollywood Package adds the Posh Pro booth with a 37-inch display. All three self-service packages include a custom digital backdrop and access to 100+ premade templates. A physical backdrop is a separate optional extra.

Choose how the booth is managed
Self-service works when you or a designated helper can manage the booth. Full-service rentals include an attendant and prints for the booked hours, with digital copies also included.

Share the venue’s Wi-Fi and internet information with our team. Confirm how the selected booth will capture, share, and provide files if connectivity is limited.
Arrange pickup or delivery
Pickup and return are arranged at our Mira Loma location. Discuss transport requirements and timing, or request delivery, setup, and collection for an additional charge.
Pickup or delivery for your digital photo booth
Photo Party City is based at 3827 Wacker Dr., Mira Loma, CA 91752. We serve event locations within a 45-mile radius, subject to the exact event address. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific.
Self-service: arrange pickup and return, or request delivery, setup, and collection for an additional charge. These services are not part of the base self-service rate.
Full service: delivery, setup, and takedown are listed in the packages. Your proposal confirms the arrangements and any applicable travel or venue-related charges.

Capture and sharing requirements depend on the selected booth and its software setup. Tell us if venue internet is unavailable or unreliable, and confirm the arrangement before booking. Immediate digital delivery should not be assumed without confirming connectivity and the sharing setup.
Starter Package is $199, Showbiz Package is $350, and Hollywood Package is $525 for 24 hours, with a one-day minimum. These are self-service base rates. Printing, physical backdrops, delivery, setup, collection, and selected extras are additional.
