How much does a photo booth rental cost? At Photo Party City, 24-hour digital self-service starts at $199, attended printing starts at $695 for three hours, and 360 packages have their own hourly options. Use this guide to compare what is included and build a realistic rental total.

Start with service type, then compare the total
Rental prices make sense when you compare the same duration, equipment, and level of service. A 24-hour self-service booth is managed by you or a helper; an attended package includes guest guidance and prints during booked hours. A 360 booth focuses on video capture and uses a separate package structure.
These are Photo Party City’s listed package prices, rather than industry-wide averages. Your proposal confirms availability, selected extras, and any applicable travel or venue-related charges.
Digital self-service
$199, $350, or $525 for 24 hours. Choose the camera and display you need, then add printing, a physical backdrop, or delivery if required.
Attended prints
$695 for three hours, $895 for four hours, or $1,095 for five hours. The packages include different booth models as well as coverage time.
360 video
Published full-service options: $450 / 2 hours, $600 / 3 hours, $750 / 4 hours. Self-service: $300 / 2 hours, $400 / 3 hours, $550 / 4 hours. Confirm the selected option in your 360 proposal.

Base self-service rates exclude an attendant, printing, a physical backdrop, delivery, setup, and collection. Printer rental is $65; one media kit for 100 4×6 prints is $65. A custom-designed template or physical backdrop is $25 each.

What can add to a self-service rental price?
- Printer rental: $65.

Digital Starter: $199
Starter Package for 24 hours: $199 base rate. Arrange pickup and return in Mira Loma. No attendant, printer, media, or physical backdrop is included.
Starter with 100 prints: $329
Starter $199 + printer $65 + one 100-print media kit $65 = $329 before other applicable charges. A physical backdrop or custom-designed template adds $25 each.
Attended Silver: $695
Silver Package includes three hours, an attendant, printing, personalized photo design, backdrop, props, and a 30-day digital gallery. Confirm any travel or venue-related charges in the proposal.

Why Gold and Platinum cost more
Compare both booth equipment and coverage. Silver Package uses Helio Sport for three hours. Gold Package uses Lumia M Pro with DSLR capture for four hours. Platinum Package uses Posh Pro with a 37-inch display for five hours.
An extra hour on Silver does not upgrade its camera or booth model. Additional attended time is listed at $150 per hour, subject to availability. If camera choice or display content matters, choose the package with the equipment you want rather than comparing hours alone.

Budgeting for a 360 booth
The published full-service 360 rates are $450 for two hours, $600 for three hours, and $750 for four hours. The published self-service rates are $300, $400, and $550 for those respective durations. Self-service 360 delivery, setup, and pickup are excluded.
